We aim to develop the expression of feelings, thoughts and ideas by ordering sounds, images and movements into forms, which symbolise and interpret the children's personal experiences and their understanding and perception of the wider world.

Excellence is encouraged in the Arts through whole-school involvement in the various Christmas Productions, music, drama, dance, class and festival assemblies.

We have a dedicated music room and responsibility for the planning of the music curriculum lies with teachers and the music lead.

We have peripatetic music teachers in school weekly who are able to provide paid tuition in a wide number of musical instruments.  These lessons are bookable through Surrey Arts https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/culture-and-leisure/arts
